Design Session Formats

We offer two formats, featuring the same content, to provide flexibility in engaging with organizations with varying needs and capacity.

Option 1: Full-Day Retreat

An 8-hour facilitated session with breaks and movement to bring your team together in one powerful day. We will use grounding, reflection, and alignment activities to move your team toward purposeful action.

In-person retreats are available in the San Francisco, Bay Area. If you are located elsewhere and would like to bring us in, travel costs would be additional and discussed separately.

Option 2: Four-Part Workshop Series (Virtual)

Three 2-hour sessions over the course of 1-5 weeks. Each two-hour session is focused and collaborative, giving your team space to align, adapt, and strategize with intention between workshops.

  1. Strategic Roadmap – A practical, role-based plan outlining how to move from strategy to action.

  2. Session Notes – A full record of discussions, insights, and big ideas to revisit or share with new team members.

  6. Scenario-Based Planning Summary – Future pathways and possibilities to help you make informed and strategic decisions in times of crisis.

  7. Curated Resources – Tools to sustain the work beyond our sessions.
